What you need to Know about Igbanke
The Igbanke people speaks Ika language, it’s located in Orhionmwon Local Government Area, Edo state. From the Eastern flank, Igbanke shares common boundary with Mbiri in Delta state, from West, it’s bounded by Oghada in Uhunmwode LGA in Edo state. In the Northern sphere, Igbanke has boundary with Ekpon in Igueben LGA while from the South, it has Agbor and Oza- Nogogo in Delta state as neighbours. Igbanke community comprises of Ake, Idumodin, Igbontor, Olije, Omolua and Ottah.
AIP donates 6kva generator to the Igbanke Hospital
The Association of Igbanke Professionals over the weekend, on Saturday, August 12 2017, donated a 6 KVA generator to the Igbanke hospital. This was done after consultation with the management of the hospital for the actual size of generator required.

Road Construction
The Igbanke community recently witnessed a quantum leap in the construction of road networks linking major parts of the town. This development has being the brainchild of the out-gone Comrade Governor, Adams Oshiomhole, which has been described as monumental in the history of Igbanke.
Rehabilitation of Igbanke Library
The association as taking responsibility in revitalizing the library by equipping the library with resent books, provisioning of pipe borne water and renovating the entire building to a conducive reading and learning environment.
Equipping of Igbanke General Hospital
Provision and installation of mosquito nets in Igbanke General Hospital in 2001.
Furnishing of the Igbanke Hospital and Service of the Doctor’s residence with water supply in 2010.
