As part of its continued commitment to community development and the enhancement of healthcare services in Igbanke, the Association of Igbanke Professionals (AIP), on Saturday, August 12, 2017, donated a 6 KVA generator to the Igbanke General Hospital.
This important intervention was made following a thorough consultation with the hospital’s management team to assess the facility’s power needs. The goal was to ensure that the generator provided would be suitably matched to the hospital’s operational requirements, especially in critical areas such as emergency services, maternity care, and medical laboratories.
The donation reflects AIP’s dedication to practical, needs-driven support for key public institutions in Igbanke. Access to a reliable power supply is essential for effective healthcare delivery, and this generator is expected to significantly enhance service delivery at the hospital by reducing disruptions caused by power outages.
The AIP remains committed to identifying and addressing areas of need across the community, and this gesture underscores its enduring motto: “Pillar for Development.”
