Who We Are

The Association of Igbanke Professionals (AIP) is a distinguished body of accomplished Igbanke indigenes united by a common vision: to drive sustainable development in the Igbanke community and improve the well-being of its people.

Originally established in 1994 as the Committee of Igbanke Professionals (CIP), the group was formally registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) in 2010, at which point it became known as the Association of Igbanke Professionals (AIP).

Guided by its enduring motto—“Pillar for Development”—AIP has consistently championed initiatives aimed at uplifting the community. These include impactful projects at the General Hospital Igbanke, educational support through scholarships and grants, and active collaboration with government stakeholders to attract development to the area.

Membership of AIP is open to forward-thinking Igbanke professionals who are willing to commit their time and resources to the collective advancement of the Igbanke community.
